[mapguide-users] PNG/PNG8 question regarding overlay transparency

Not sure what happens in your example, but this shows something 
interresting:

It seems that a PNG8 is using a palette (obviously), and it can include 
both an alpha mask, and
a gif-like transparent "color". If your browser, or MapGuide, only 
supports the transparent "color",
it would look like your example.

Have you tried this in FireFox?
