Have you tried the intermediate King.Oracle provider build that Haris posted about last week under "Please Help! Has anybody used King.Oracle in real conditions?"  One of the existing provider downloads was having memory leak problems.

It appears this version is not playing nice with MS2003Server SP2. So the
application pool eventually tires of the bad acting and dies.
