[mapguide-users] Installing MGOS 2.0 on Windows Server 2008 with IIS7

Hi,

I had to get MapGuide running on Windows Server 2008 this week and came up with some step-by-step instructions on how to do it on IIS 7 without requiring IIS 6 compatibility mode.
