Thanks.  I'll watch for the failure for the service to start; so far it's been running fine.

As for the "IIS worker process stopped" error, this seems to be a PHP ISAPI agent problem: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=44047.

I also recieved numerous errors in the events viewer stating that ww3.exe
stopped due to a fault in module mapguide.
