[mapguide-users] Points not in correct place??

Hi all,

 

I'm hoping this might be a simple problem to fix...

 

I've been using Autodesk MapGuide 6.5 for the past couple of years and
have had no real major issue with it, but am now looking at moving over
to Open Source MapGuide.

 

I'm busy playing around with Open Source MapGuide and am creating maps,
with the same shape files that I used with MapGuide 6.5.

 

I've created several layers which displays lines representing the roads
in the county. I've then created another layer displaying points for all
the towns in the county. I've also created another layer containing
Ordnance Survey raster images. Straight forward and no problems.
However, when I get all the layers on the same map, the points are
slightly out and not displaying in the right place. The road layers and
raster image layers, correctly match up but the point layer doesn't.

 

Is there some way that I can set the central point for a layer, or has
anyone come across this before??

 

I've created the layers using MapGuide Maestro.
