[mapguide-users] Help with the Tooltip

Tips like this are generally controlled by the browser. The user has no control over their placement in most cases. I Googled and found the following link which may relate to how the tool tip is implemented in Fusion:

Of course it says the tip should never be outside the browser which makes me wonder what Fusion is doing.
