I don't know about managing NOD, but if it is on you will need to figure out how to create an exception for it.

Thanks for the quick reply Martin. When I attempted to access the Windows
Firewall settings I get the error message shown in this screen capture:

Apparently there is another application managing the firewall settings. Do
you recognize the error?

We are using NOD32 2.7 Antivirus if that helps.

You may need to add an exception the server's firewall if is turned on.
