Actually, I was a little too quick with that email...the measure tool and units are ok in my map..The units weren't set correctly in the AppDef. I will do some further testing before creating tix for the other issues I noticed.

It would be really helpful if these issues can be broken up into 
separate tickets and entered into the Fusion Trac system as new tickets
