[mapguide-users] WMS Problems - Province of BC

I am having trouble displaying some WMS layers from the Province of BC in
MapGuide Studio/Enterprise 2009.  The get capabilities page is
http://openmaps.gov.bc.ca/imagex/ecw_wms.dll?service=wms&version=1.1.1&request=getcapabilities

I need to display:
BC_BC_BC_XB1M_BCALB_1995_2003
BC_BC_BC_XC1M_BCALB_1995_2004

I followed the directions outlined in

and I can display another layer called BC_BC_BARKBEETLE_XC1M_BCALB_2004 from
the same server, but not the two I need.

I can click Test Connection in MapGuide Studio and it gives me a green
check, so it is able to connect successfully.  When I click Preview and try
to preview the layer I get nothing.

The projection should be EPSG 3005 by default.  I've tried setting one by
one all the projections in MapGuide Studio that are listed for the two
layers in the get capabilities page, and I've tried setting my map to the
same projection as my MapGuide layers.

Anyone encounter this type of problem?  Especially BC MapGuide users?
