Hi zac, i've played with some Mapguide serverconfig.ini settings, here's my
result

with [SiteServiceProperties]
SessionTimerInterval = 10
SessionTimeout = 10
Mg service start at 43 Meg and after 4 minutes 52 Meg
w3w service start at 32 Meg and after 4 minutes 43 Meg

DataConnectionTimerInterval = 10
DataConnectionTimeout = 10
Mg service start at 50 Meg and after 4 minutes 55 Meg
w3w service start at 34 Meg and after 4 minutes 42 Meg
