What version of Microstation are you using ?

If your using V8 you could try downloading Geographics for V8 which I belive
is free(for Bentley select subscribers) and export data to SHP files ready
for use in mapguide.... ? I'm not sure on the exact procedure but you may
need to create features and so on.....

If using XM or V8i look into Bentley Map ..... it says it's interopability
is second to none.... but we are at our 7th or 8th month of converting data
to conform to GIS data type, point, line, polygon etc.... Microstation
Geographics is very robust with features or at least at my workplace
features have been created of all different element types.

or using all versions you can always save backwards to V7 DGN then convert
to SHP SDF using FDO2FDO.. even join a database using mslinks etc etc...

I'm going down the Bentley Map path which is long and tedious.... but
eventually we will be able to bring all our data into sql spatial and realy
open it up :)
