[mapguide-users] Create Points Layer From Coordinates

Hi all, 

Srry, I searched for information, but can not find a way to create a layer
of points from  their coordinates. 
I mean, I have a feature and what I do is take their vertices, once I got
the vertices' coordinates i want to draw letters on them to identify just
like here
