[mapguide-users] After Installation, Services Missing

I'm running version 2.0.2.3011, on a Windows 2003 server, using IIS, and the
ASP.Net environment.  I'm also having authentication issues for all users
except "Administrator".  Could this be IIS stuff?  I'm more than happy to
use Apache.
