I think you have a broken repository.
I think you are using Maestro 1.0.9 release.
That version reads all the resource headers at startup.
This has the sideeffect that it will activate all headers,
and give errors like the one below if there is a corrupt header.
If you try the latest preview version, the startup method has changed,
and you may be able to succeed.
This does not mean that your repository is fixed, but unless the error
is in the root folder, you should be able to work with Maestro.
If you get the error when you open a folder, the error is somewhere
in that folder. You can use the "DELETERESOURCE" operation
on the webtier test form for deleting it, if you find it.
