[mapguide-users] MapGuide dev tools of choice?

No I haven't but if your app resides in a folder inside MapGuide's web root
directory, you can zip that up and copy it across to the same directory in
your production MapGuide installation, make a asp.net application out of
that directory, and it should just work.
