[mapguide-users] PHP error after upgrading to MGE 2010

In the past we have found problems in the order entries in the
environmental paths, moving C:\Program
Files\Autodesk\MapGuideEnterprise2010\WebServerExtensions\Php to the start
has helped.

Also check that the MGE path is first in the list,

Paths OK   the php5isapi.dll is the same for 2009 and 2010
