[mapguide-users] Maestro – RenderRuntimeMap questions

Just some basic questions:

What is the max value for width and height?
Is there a way to change the output from a png to jpg?
I am unable to discern the relationship between dpi and scale -  would
someone be willing to explain the relationship between them?
