[mapguide-users] Set Map Height and Width on Web Api

Hi!

You can set Width and Height in MapGuide Studio or WebStudio.
I didn't find any place where I can set the scale.

I calculate the scale manually and I using the CalculateScale1 function for
this, which is in the www\viewerfiles\ajaxmappane.templ file.
