[mapguide-users] can't launch weblayout in browser

Check your apache error log. It's possible you are experiencing issues with PHP that Apache can't handle.

try mapguide 2.0.2, your using firefox 3 right and a older version of mapguide

btw, it's always helpful to state which software versions your using :)
