[mapguide-users] EchoTest() - No data from standard input

mapagent and php work with this Apache handler config:
	AddHandler fcgid-script .php
	AddHandler mgmapagent_handler .fcgi

I still can't get stdin piped into mapagent when called via mod_fcgid
using:
	AddHandler fcgid-script .fcgi
