Hi,

I reproduced this issue last summer with Autodesk MapGuide Enterprise 2010.
Base layers tiles got offseted after a resize of Internet Explorer's window.

Hopefully, a fix made by Bruno Scott resolved this issue!

Sadly, it seems this fix isn't yet officially integrated inside MapGuide
product.
