The point is your application has to reference Studio API or be installed
into the Program Files\Studio directory to fulfill dependencies . It would
be nice if there was a stand-alone example for programmers on how to
automate this without having to BUY MapGuide Studio every year.

MapAdmin loads packages that are in the Packages directory, maybe tearing
that apart would help?
