If you can't unzip the file, then it is probably corrupt.  Download the file again.

Did not succeed  untill now. 7zip is not be able to open the .exe, which
should be an archive ... so I can't reach the msi to have command line
support. Is it possible that the download file is hacked? I get the checksum
(md5) f9f7744d481455bc38a9547bdeb11a0d ... or
3cd78c763dfc88f3c1c31c78761d1e11.
The MGOS checksum should be f5b86032f72f242329450b16634abba7 according to
the website!  

I tried the download with 3 different browsers ... are there other download
mirrors? How can I asure to have the right download way...
