I've noticed this too with recent browser updates and a fix I found is 
in the jxtheme.css files, replace instances of 10000% with 1000%.  The 
comment around that bit of CSS is "much bigger than its container" but 
it appears that 10,000 is too big and setting that to 1000 works.
