Yes, we experienced the same type of issues, especially when we moved from
MGOS 1.2 to 2.0. Our primary issue revolved around text object rendering and
we supposed it had to do with fonts either not being present and/or being
substitued. Line styles etc. where not our biggest problem but you might
check there.

Our solution was to completly stop using DWF's. Our floorplan DWG's are the
source and after any significant change to a floorplan we run a custom
ObjectARX.NET module and build/rebuild an Oracle 2D table from it. Works
great and we haven't had to deal with DWG's in a couple years.
