It's now in public beta; anyone can sign up to ask and answer questions.

This would be a great resource for our community to adopt; the answers are
stored, easily accessible, and can be modified over time as the software
changes.  This is a much better way of storing answers than the archives of
a mailing list.

If you do ask questions, please tag them as "mapguide" (or, if you don't
have enough reputation to create tags, ask someone to do it for you as part
of the question).
