[mapguide-users] Refresh map only

Is there a mechanism to refresh just the map and not the whole frame?
I want to refresh the map, but retain the current view/zoom, etc.

Maybe I'm missing something, but calling:

window.setInterval('GetMapFrame().Refresh()', 2000);


Doesn't seem any different than refreshing the entire web page?
