What do you charge for hosting Martin?  Do you offer a whole OS or just the
MapGuide access?  Can one install a database (i.e. SQL Server Express,
Oracle, PostGIS, etc)?  How do you tier the costs (i.e. 2 processor/20GIG
HD) ?
