[mapguide-users] How to prevent multiple x, y insert using the Digitize Point Function

Hi,
I am having trouble using the Digitize Point function in mapguide. My code
works but allows the user to click the insert button multiple times
resulting in multiple x and y coordinates. Is there a way to prevent this in
the actual code that runs in mapguide? Or any other ways to accomplish this.
The x and y are inserted into a sql dataabse as of now.
