[mapguide-users] Problem with KingOracle and SpatialFilter using CurvePolygon

Fix is in trunk now. I have added unittest for that case and it seems it
works fine now.

Problem and fix was exactly as you described. numrings--; line was copied
from standard polygon conversion were exterior ring was done separately.
