The only issues w/ tables/views with no primary keys is that:

 1. Layer selection is not possible (no PKs = no way to uniquely identify
the objects you selected)
 2. Feature Joins to this table/view may/will produce unexpected results.

I've cleaned up the messages to make this more clearer.
