If you are viewing the movie in a different app on the client pc, the mpg needs to be accessible from the client at that path...If by some wild chance you are viewing the mpg with MapGuide, PLEASE SHARE...

Subject: [mapguide-users] Pass to Local URL
Hi All,
I have a large quantity of video files that I would like link to. The
location of the files are on my network at:
J:\Videos\All\Video\123-30-12330-27-Azure & Walnut.mpg. In the URL box I
have used the exact location: J:/Videos/All\Video/123-30-12330-27-Azure &
Walnut.mpg. The problem is that when I click on the URL I get the following
message "Cannot find
'file:///J:/Videos/All/Video/123-30-12330-27-Azure%2520&%2520Walnut.mpg'.
It appears that it does not like the spaces in the URL and is replacing them
with %2520. I looked this up and it has something to do with International
Coding. When I copy the J:/Videos/All\Video/123-30-12330-27-Azure &
Walnut.mpg address to my browser it works perfectly. The problem is that
Mapguide Studio is throwing in the %2520. At this point the only option I
can see is to rename all the 2,000 files and remove the spaces. ANY help
would be greatly appreciated.
