[mapguide-users] show tooltip on selection in fusion

good day, 

i was wondering if its possible to show the tooltip of a specific layer on
selection (ie. as a result from a query). 

i was reading the widget maptip who controls the tooltip behavior but i
couldn't find how to do it. 

ah i almost forgot: its for the fusion layout (i already made a custom one
based on slate, but with different panels) 

i am pretty new on the mapguide scene, but i will try my best, so dont worry
if your explanations are too complex.
