Use the GetResourceContent() and SetResource() methods of MgResourceService

The key thing is the resource ids.

Session-based resource ids are like: Session:yoursessionid//Your.Resource

Library-based resource ids are like: Library://Path/To/Your.Resource

Note that the MG Anonymous user doesn't have write access to the Library
repository. So when creating your session, it must be created from a MG user
that has write permissions to the Library repository.
