Additional information: I am trying to install MGOS-2.1.0.4283-Final on 64
bit machine running Server 2003 R2. This machine is currently running MGOS
2.0 and MG6.5 with no issues. The MGOS 2.1 install pack works great on an
old 32bit notebook running XP so it is not the problem. Various combinations
of all related services being disables, stopped and running have been tried
with the same failing results.

The main issues seems to be that the associated apache service fails to
start giving the error code 1. mesage about non-Microsoft services.

The only major difference see in a comparison of the install logs between
the working 32bit machine and failing 64 bit machine is that the 64 bit
machine gives ' Machine policy value 'TransformsSecure' is 1' while the 32
bit machine returns 'Machine policy value 'TransformsSecure' is 0' followed
by 'User policy value 'TransformsAtSource' is 0'. The second line does not
appear in the 64bit install log.

Any suggestions of what may be causing the problems or what the log
differences may signify would be a help.
