I haven't tested migrating from Enterprise to OS, but you _should_ be able
to just

- shut down the MGOS service on the new server and  the MGE service on the
older server
- rename the Site and Library repository folders on the MGOS server to
something else
- copy the Site and Library folders from the MGE server to the MGOS server
- start the MGOS service back up

Of course, if you were using MGE, it's quite possible that you created data
connections using FDO providers which are not available under MGOS, and
there may be other incompatibilities I'm unaware of.
