there is some on the FDO trac website i recall

it has been actively developed in the last years or so,
if you refer to the fdo mailing list there is some more detail there

I think only the mapguide 2.2 beta (fdo 3.5) supports creating sqllite
feature classes. You will need to do some google research on this
