[mapguide-users] 'Return to home task pane' button error

Hi,
I have installed MGOS2.1 on my Dell M4400. My problem is the webpage cannot
be found whenever i click at 'Return to home task pane'  button. This is
weird since i can't found any problem rise from users regarding on this
issue. I have using full URL at 'URL for home task...' field, but still not
working. 
Here is what i get
'res://ieframe.dll/http:_404.htm#http://localhost:8008/mapguide/mapviewerphp/http%3A%2F%2Flocalhost%....../indexbom.php'.

Anyone, please help me. Thanks
