[mapguide-users] How to show scalebar and northarrow?

I want to show scalebar and northarrow on the map( MGOS 2.1 + FUSION)，I just
found a widget--scalebar， and add it into map-defination-XML file，and add a 
HTM Lelement--div as a containner for scalebar，but still not get what I
want.
  does anyone have any suggestion about it?
