thanks so much for explination. i guess i was cinfused.
just to giyou FYI. i  have a running app where i an using the SDF to create
a readline. whe i try the same logic with king fdo or autodesk fdo for
oracle . it did not work. i could not write the geometry to the  feature
sorce. 
may be  I am not doing it correctly. do you have any sample for the same (
to implement FDO/KingOra) for creating polygon or line in oracle  using
mgos.
