Hmmm, I just had an interesting problem involving meters-per-unit, basically
this value should be the value of:

MgCoordinateSystem.ConvertCoordinateSystemUnitsToMeters(1.0)

But because MgCooker.exe is a fully managed application using the HTTP API,
there is no way (currently that I know of) to calculate this value without
the MgCoordinateSystem API.
