The original question in this thread is old, but just wondering if there have
been any changes in the GDAL FDO to allow for resampling in MGOS
(specifically bicubic; the default is nearest neighbor) and if anyone has
had success?  Perhaps something with gdal warp or Resample().  I have some
rasters that would really look a lot better.
