Hello,

I had same problem, please find out solution in this blog post: http://themapguyde.blogspot.com/2010/08/using-fdo-schema-overrides.html

You need to create XML config file for MSSQL dana connection. Bo noticed that new version of FDO toolbox has been improved and defining primary key in views is much easier (described in this blog post: http://themapguyde.blogspot.com/2010/09/using-fdo-schema-overrides-redux.html )

I have OID, which is the primary key in the original table. I made sure this is checked in the view.
