You are absolutely correct.
When i check the coordinate systems in Maestro the WKT code says for the

Datasource (MapInfo .tab file) :
PROJCS["unnamed",GEOGCS["unnamed",DATUM["Euref_98",SPHEROID["GRS 
80",6378137,298.257222101],TOWGS84[0,0,0,-0,-0,-0,0]],PRIMEM["Greenwich",0],UNIT["degree",0.0174532925199433]],PROJE
CTION["Transverse_Mercator"],PARAMETER["latitude_of_origin",0],PARAMETER["central_meridian",9],PARAMETER["scale_fact
or",0.9996],PARAMETER["false_easting",500000],PARAMETER["false_northing",0],UNIT["Meter",1.0]]

and for the Map coordinatsystem it is 
PROJCS["ETRS89.UTM-32N",GEOGCS["LL-ETRF89",DATUM["ETRF89",SPHEROID["GRS1980",6378137.000,298.25722210],TOWGS84[0.0000,0.0000,0.0000,0.000000,0.000000,0.000000,0.00000000]],PRIMEM["Greenwich",0],UNIT["Degree",0.017453292519943295]],PROJECTION["Transverse_Mercator"],PARAMETER["false_easting",500000.000],PARAMETER["false_northing",0.000],PARAMETER["central_meridian",9.00000000000000],PARAMETER["scale_factor",0.9996],PARAMETER["latitude_of_origin",0.000],UNIT["Meter",1.00000000000000]]

I just don't understand that when I set the Coordinatsystem (ESPG code 
25832) in MapInfo it gives something different i Maestro ?

Are the WKT strings the same? This is what Maestro is comparing, and what 
it
is raising a warning about
