Nope, it looks like there is no plan to implement WFS-T with MapGuide
...perhaps a co-install with GeoServer where you stream the editable layers as OpenLayers interface and save back with wfs-t and MapGuide acts as an un-editable background...
too bad about wft-t not being in MapGuide...
