Finally it works!!!

I missed indeed one reference in OSGeo.MapGuide.PlatformBase.dll to
OSGeo.MapGuide.Foundation.dll.
I overlooked it cause it was located above all other references in the
il-files and not in order with the other OSGeo.MapGuide.*-References. Sorry
for driving you crazy! 

One more hint: In VisualStudio 2010 it seems that the MapGuide dll's must
have a higher version than the referenced MapGuideDotNetApi.dll in the
MaestroApi. So, I tried to change the version from 1.0.0.1 to 2.2.0.0 in the
il-files. Don't know if it is the right way. Maybe there are better
solutions.
