I get the Hello back from GeoREST - GeoSpatial RESTful Web Services v1.3
message with http://localhost/rest/hello, but when I try any examples of
index.html, I get the next error:

Failed to retrieve message for "MgRuntimeException". Failed to retrieve
message for "SDF connect failed. File does not exist or cannot be opened in
specified access mode. ".
Failed to retrieve message for "MgRuntimeException". Failed to retrieve
