What is your url you are trying ?

Regarding MapGuide compatibilty:
GeoREST is not tested with MG 2.2, it could be working or not, depends
on changes in MapGuide libraries which makes them incompatible between
versions.
So, in georest there are 3 folders right now for different MapGuide OS
2.1 Enterprise 2010 and 2011.
You need to copy binaries from proper folder depending on with which
MG you want to work with.
