In order to see the map (the Mapguide Enterprise 2009 version) properly, it
needs to be loaded through an interface at
http://www.e7studio.net:8008/mapguide2009/e7gis/portal_1.php

Log in anonymously and select Topology Analysis under Topology to select the
map. Once the map loads run Node Analysis under the Test menu.

What this script does is to read all the lines from the only layer in the
map, find its start and end points ("nodes") and display them on screen for
reference so the user can determine the shortest path between two selected
points. These nodes are generated and displayed at runtime. They do not
exist on the map initially.

The Mapguide Open Source version resides in a virtual machine whose host is
not connected to the Internet so I can't put it online. However I can add
this:

1) all the Oracle connections have been replaced with King Oracle
connections in the MGOS version
2) the scripts were updated to reflect the path of the www folder
3) other than that, the scripts and maps are the same in both MGE and MGOS

I'm attaching two screenshots showing the same portal in both systems. In
the image of the MGOS version, you can see that the script displays the
nodes and its Analysis group and finds the shortest path between 2 points
even if the lines are not displayed. So the FDO retrieved the data but MGOS
didn't display it.

For lack of pointing to an actual map, do you guys have a clue why the
features aren't displayed?
