It looks like it may be a Java issue.

On the laptop that works I am using Java Version 1.6.0_13.

On the (2) laptops that aren't working I am using Java Version 1.6.0_21.

I am going to uninstall all versions of Java and then install Version
1.6.0_13.

Hopefully this will work.
